We accept returns with full refunds within 14 days of receiving an item if:
1. The item is faulty
2. The item arrives not at described
The postage charges for sending the item back to us is to be paid by the customer (please keep proof of postage). Refunds will be made back on the method you used to pay originally and will not cover the initial postage charge.
