Shipping policy

Your order will be packaged appropriately and securely. You will receive a tracking number once Royal Mail has picked up from our studio. This is Royal Mail's 48-hour tracking service. This is then YOUR responsibility to track your item /items.  We, Vanessa Rose Accessories, cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft from front doors or a safe place / with neighbour or Royal Mail delays.

If your item gets unfortunately lost in the post, we, Vanessa Rose Accessories, cannot be held responsible for the loss. This is a ROYAL MAIL issue. We will help you anyway we can with tracking numbers, etc However, YOU the receiver, will have to apply for compensation from Royal Mail NOT us.
